Time To Be Fit (TTBF) is a Personal Training Studio that includes both private and small group training. We are not a membership gym where you pay a monthly fee and have access to the facility at any time.

Our Group Classes (Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Core Circuit, Cardio Circuit and Fusion Classes) typically have 4 to 10 participants.

Most of the scheduled classes are mixed level classes however we do have classes particularly designed for getting started, refreshing skills or for experienced participants.


Initial Private Intake Session
We recommend an initial private session prior to joining classes. This is a great way to get started whether you are returning to fitness after a time off, or not sure where to start.  It is also recommend for those who have any orthopedic concerns that may impede participation in a group environment.

Work out with 2-4 people for a cost savings to an alternative to private sessions, and still maintain individual attention. This is also an option for those seeking workout times that may not be offered on the class schedule.

Pilates Mat I   Foundation – This class is designed to teach and improve skills associated with the Pilates principles. We recommend this class for those new to the practice and those refreshing their skills. This is also a great recovery day class.

Pilates Barre Class– This is a mixed level class blending a little ballet with the Pilates principles in a challenging vertical core workout. Therabands™ and other exercises are added to challenge the upper body stability and strength. Look for occasional special classes that are a hybrid of Barre and Yoga. Prior Pilate’s skills helpful for this class. Participants should have socks or dance shoes.

Mat with Props – take your Mat exercises to a new level. This is a mixed level class utilizing rollers, rings and balls. Use the roller for some myofascial release. Prior experience with Mat I is recommended.

Mat Pilates II is a mixed level class that allows participants to explore more challenging exercises in the Mat repertoire. Mat I is recommended prior to Mat II

Core Flow I is a fusion of Mat Pilates and Yoga. An integration  of exercises  from the Mat Pilates repertoire and  some exploration of Yoga asanas.   All levels welcomed and beginner friendly.

Core Flow II is a fusion of Mat Pilates and Yoga. This class is an integration of  exercises from the Mat Pilates repertoire Yoga asanas for a challenging experience. Prior experience recommended in mat Pilates and Yoga.

Yoga I is a fundamentals Yoga and Movement class that begins with developing the ability to move from pose to pose with confidence, strength and control.  This class is beneficial for all experience level.

Slow Flow – Slow flow is a slow paced Vinyasa style class. This class is appropriate for all levels with some Yoga experience.

Stretch and Release –  A fusion of Yin Yoga, Pilate’s myofascial release techniques and Mat Pilates stabilization. A great stress releaser. All levels welcomed.

Cardio Circuit classes combine indoor cycling with strength training using a variety of resistance modalities. This mixed level class provides great cross-training in a 60 minute workout. Great for the busy person looking to blend aerobic, strength and conditioning and core in an hour. All levels welcomed. Prior experience suggested

Core Circuit This class combines dynamic core exercises with a strength and conditioning component that is challenging yet well rounded. All levels welcomed. Prior experience suggested.

Indoor Cycling All levels are welcomed. Perceived exertion is used to guide you through a variety of intervals for a fun and calorie burning workout.

Cycle Mat combines indoor cycling with Mat Pilates and Yoga providing a complete cardio, and core workout. This is a great class for those new to indoor cycling and Mat work.
