Time To Be Fit (TTBF) is a Personal Training Studio that also offers small group training and classes. We are not a membership gym where you pay a monthly fee and have access to the facility at any time.


Initial Private Session
We recommend an initial private session prior to joining classes. This is a great way to get started whether you are returning to fitness after a time off, or not sure where to start. It is also recommended for those who have any orthopedic concerns that may impede participation in a group environment.

Private and Semi-Private Sessions
Work out with 2-4 people for a cost savings to an alternative to private sessions, and still maintain individual attention. This is also an option for those seeking workout times that may not be offered on the class schedule. For those with health concerns this is an alternative to the group environment.

Our stability-mobility Pilates Mat and equipment classes were created to help clients fine tune the principles of movement. These classes are also part of our YUR Back program. This is a great class for all levels and beginner friendly.

Our Mat and Pilates Equipment flow classes test endurance, strength and knowledge of the Pilates repertoire. Mat classes also blend yoga asanas for an invigorating workout. Although a mixed level class this is a more challenging pace.

Pilates Equipment Mixed Level
This is an on-going practice for those with a mastery of the level I repertoire.

Barre Fit
This is a mixed level class blending a little ballet, fitness, with the Pilates principles in a challenging vertical core workout. Therabands™ tubing and small hand weights are added to challenge upper body stability and strength.

Creative Core and Stretch 
A workshop style class blending Pilates, Yoga and Fitness principles This is a fun exploration of movements. All levels welcomed.

Mat with Props 
Take your Mat exercises to a new level. This is a mixed level class utilizing rollers, rings and balls. Some classes utilize 1 prop, others multiple. Class routine changes from week to week.

Mat Pilates
This is a mixed level class that allows participants to explore an on-going practice. It is recommended that all participants have prior experience.

Saddle 2 Mat
This class was created for those seeking a shorter ride and longer stretch.

All cycle classes are mixed level. HR monitors encouraged and welcomed.

Fitness meets Pilates in a fun workout that changes every time. Prior Experience required.
