There are no monthly membership dues or fees at TTBF. You can choose from a "Menu" of training options at the beginning of each month that fit your schedule, budget and fitness goals.
Once you've completed a Health History Form, your name will be added to the client online schedule database and you will be able to sign up for any of the non "Pre-Register" classes online.
Everyone that comes in our door is headed for a personal training exercise experience, whether it is a 1-on-1 training or a group class.

Each certified TTBF trainer has an understanding of each client's goals and limitations and will help provide modifications or challenges as may be appropriate. We offer Private and Semi-Private Training in addition to Group Exercise Classes.
